Hundreds turned out at the UltraStar Cinema in Mission Valley to catch a sneak peek of the new GI JOE flick, “The Rise Of Cobra.” The red carpet rolled out as the stars of the new movie rolled up. Marlon Wayans and Channing Tatum who star in the movie were driven in on the top of National Guard Humvees. Screaming fans stood in the heat for hours to see the action heroes.
