An e-mail message titled “[stu-announce]: Safety Advisory” was sent to the University of Dayton community on Sunday, Oct. 24. Randy Groesbeck, campus communications and physical security administrator, sent the message at 1:42 p.m. to make the community aware of recent burglaries near the university.
